Adekunle Cole is the managing consultant of Kunle Cole & Partners (KCP). He is a graduate of University of Lagos, Nigeria where he obtained an Honors degree in Accounting (B.Sc.). He also obtained NCE double major in Accounting Education from the Federal College of Education (Tech) Akoka.

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) respectively.

Adekunle started his professional career with Segun Adelanwa & Co in 2008 where he trained as an Audit Trainee, moved to Daramola Dayo & Co in 2009 as an Audit Associate until May 2011 when he joined Ijewere & Co. as a Senior Consultant. He was with Ijewere & Co. at its branch office in PortHarcourt and serves the teeming client base of the firm across the South South States of Nigeria between May 2011 until August 2016.

In order to fulfill his quest for more skill and professional practice life in Lagos and other part of the country, he joined Pedabo Professional Services between Aug 2016 until June 2019 and rose from being a Consultant Associate to Assistant Manager before he resigned to start a practice of his. This is to fulfill a childhood ambition to found a premier Professional Practice Firm of an International Repute/Brand.

Leveraging on his over a decade hands on professional experience and exposure on Corporate Tax Management Services, Transfer Pricing and Management Services, Individual and High Net Worth Tax Management Services, Strategic Tax Planning and Advisory Services, Financial Reporting as well as Audit and other Assurances services to numerous clients who are spread across Banking, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Entertainment, Trade & Commerce, Investment & other financial institutions industries among others of the Nigerian economy, he co-founded KM Square Professional Services in June 2019 and currently the Managing Consultant of KCP.

Adekunle does not only love Accounting and Tax, as a professional in practice but also lectures these courses at various academic and professional levels.

Lekan is a Senior Consultant with KCP. He is a graduate of Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

Lekan has a cumulative work experience of over 11 years in audit, taxation and other assurance services having commenced his career at Pedabo Professional Services in 2008 where he gained extensive experience in tax management and then joined Gbenga Badejo & Co in 2018, then Clickatell Nigeria Limited before he joined KCP in 2020.

He has been involved in providing tax compliance management, tax advisory and tax audit management to clients in the Financial Service, Manufacturing and Telecommunication industries amongst others. He has assisted numerous companies in managing their tax affairs.
